Some words of praise from a long list of happy customers

Ed,

I have been in the car business for 13 years, I even worked in one of your other sponsors Eddie Lee for a few years.  Never being in a domestic dealership, I've always bought used trucks traded at my euro trash dealers rather than go to some unknown dealer and look for a new unit.

I live in Grapevine and decided to go over to the Thompson Group to have them put some numbers together.  I had heard of Ken when he was at Parra, but never bought anything there.  I walked into Ken's building and 3 hours later I drove away in a new truck with all the equipment I wanted for the payment I wanted and expected.  What a great bunch of people there!  Sales, Finance & Insurance and even the receptionist were very helpful.  The salesman worked for over an hour to find and verify $2440 in dealer rebates in addition to the $2000 customer cash on my 08 Silverado.  The trade bid was very generous and Finance & Insurance didn't rip my head off (I'm thinking he made 1 point, but 6.9 is an OK rate either way.  The guy has gotta make something on the deal.  They GAVE me everything else).

What a fantastic buying experience!

Thanks for getting the word out,

Jason

Dear Steve,

Thank you very much for the best service that anyone could possibly receive in purchasing the beautiful Corvette that we did through you.  You are such a wonderful person, especially in being so patient and understanding in our situation of bringing the wrong check to help pay for the car.

Today, intuitively, I sensed something was wrong when my daily searches into my account didn't show the amount of the check that I had written; the last time we wrote a check from this account was in 2005, and as mentioned, I only found out today through inquiry, that the account number had changed.  Through the bank manager's influence we hope that the check processing people at the Bank of Hawaii will be able to transfer the payment to the correct account number.  If not, we will go to plan B as discussed.

Enclosed is a small token of out appreciation for the wonderful service and kind considerations that you have given us.  Now that you know someone in Hawaii, there is no excuse for you not to visit.

Take care.  May you have all the good things in life come to you, as you have given to others like us.

Very Sincerely Yours,
Sid Hamamoto

Jerry,

Just thought I would let you know we pulled the trigger on a 2008 Tahoe (we test drove the Yukon, Tahoe & MDX).  It has a feature I didn't really want (GPS/Navigation) but all in all the package fit the bill.  We are purchasing it from Classic Chevy but I was unable to talk to Rick Hammonds because he was off on the only day we had to test drive.  (I know I should have called earlier).  In any case I took my chances with the guy who answered the phone and we talked to Eric Hall (one of the internet salesguys).  So far I have been extremely impressed with Eric's assistance and his willingness to work with us and absolutely no pressure.

Anyway we will be picking up an LT3 4WD absolutely loaded in the morning.  They were willing to swap the wheels (it had 20" but they swapped for the 18" Z71 wheels and tires) and I am getting what I think is an excellent deal.  We not only got the GMS price but also the $3K rebate AND the $1500 "old" car cash too.  So far I am excited about the whole thing and looking forward to finalizing the whole deal.  I only hope that the glitz doesn't wear off too fast...

Thanks for answering my questions and helping to steer us.
Kevin

Dear Tom,

I am writing you this letter because the survey you send out just can’t explain the experience I had at your dealership. First let me say that I am in sales and the thing I hate most is dealing with sales people (especially car dealers). Before I visited your lot, I stopped by two other Chevy houses, Huffines and Alan Young. At both dealerships I experienced the same thing. I walked around both lots for 15 minutes and NO ONE came out to help, plus their selection was poor on the HHR panel vans. Frustrated, I proceeded back to the office when I heard your radio spot on the ticket 1310 about the Memorial Day sale. At this point I still needed to see the inside and drive the HHR. When I drove on to your lot I was very encouraged by the great selection and immediately drove to the office and found Rick Appenzeller. I found Rick to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I told Rick up front I was not buying today and was just looking. It’s been my experience that a car salesman would ignore that and press you to buy that day anyway. Not Rick, he said no problem and was more than willing to grab a set of keys for a test drive. Heck, he even let me load the car up with crates that I had brought to check the payload capacity of the vehicle since I was buying it for my business. During the test drive Rick gave me tons of great information on the HHR and I had done lots of research on the internet prior to deciding that the HHR would be a candidate for my business vehicle. Once the test drive was done, Rick shook my hand and let me leave without playing “the car game” with me. Nothing beats me more than being held hostage in a car dealers office and hearing “let me go talk to my boss” 100 times before you get the price you want. This was a business purchase and I believe Rick recognized that I meant business. I needed to get some things in line with my bookkeeper before the purchase, Rick was respectful of that knew I would come back for the car. I had a great experience at your dealership and when the new Camaro comes out, Rick & Classic Chevrolet will definitely get my business!

Thanks,

Dear Sir,

These days, most messages are done at the speed of the electron. Whether it be text messages, cell phones or emails. Please understand then, how genuinely pleased I am to take this time to write you about one of your employees, as well as the service I receive at your dealership.

I am of course, referring to, Mr. Yrenio Carrera. I have had the pleasure of interacting with him just over a year, now. As we prepare our 2001 Sierra 3500 for an extended trip in july 2008, we will tow our R/V trailer to visit friends and family across the "lower 48".

Mr. Carrera and your staff consistantly deliver on-time service, at or before the originally promised time, usually below the cost estimates, and "done right, the first time" repairs, I have never had to return for a correction or a "tweak". Having used many Chevrolet/GMC Service departments in my 46 years of driving, I can honestly say, your service and staff are the absolute best I have ever encountered. Please pass on to Mr. Carrera and your technicians our many thanks, for the exceptional job, they take great pride in doing.

Thank you, for the time and attention in this matter.

Sincerely,

Peter P.

Jerry:

Thanks for sending me to Classic Chevrolet. They had one '07 Colorado with the features that I needed on the ground in the price that I could afford. Rick connected me with Bob Harris, who took great care of me. Rick did come by and introduce himself in between his hustle and bustle. I even got zero financing!

It's easy to see why they are the #1 bowtie dealer in the US.

Daniel

Mr. Randle,

I would like to thank you for such a wonderful car buying experience (and lunch too)! Ed & I couldn't have been more pleased with the buying experience at Classic. Driving from Rockwall was a jaunt, but well worth the trip. Since we both buy cars every four years or so, you can expect us as repeat customers. Lakeside Chevrolet never saw your dealership coming when they told Ed that the 2008 4x4 Avalanche wasn't out yet!

Please thank Mr. Harvey and Mr. Davis also for giving us such special treatment and we will see y'all real soon. Time flies when you are having fun.

Peggy - Rockwall, TX

I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful salesman you have in Tim Bradford. We purchased a 2002 Chevy Malibu LS on Saturday, April 27, and we immediately went to Tim. This was our 4th car purchase from Classic, and Tim has helped us with the last three purchases. He is always more than helpful, always cheerful, and was willing to work with us to get us the vehicle we wanted at a price we could handle.

Classic Chevrolet and Tim Bradford will always be our first choice when anyone asks our opinion on a good dealership and a great salesman. I'm almost sad to say that we are now both fully happy with our vehicles, so we won't be trading these in and therefore, won't be back for awhile. But Classic will be the first
place we'll go if we ever have vehicle needs in the future.

Thank you, Tim!

Ms. Lawlis,

I recently purchased a 2007 Cobalt from Bucky Davis. I felt it was necessary to tell you just how much I enjoyed doing business with Classic Chevy, and especially Bucky Davis. He made my first car buying experience quick, and easy. He never put pressure on me, and I felt that I was doing business with the right people. I got a great deal on a vehicle that I have wanted for quite some time, and I owe Bucky Davis, and Classic Chevrolet a huge thanks.

Needless to say, I will be telling others about the A ++ service I received from you guys!

Thanks Again!!

Sincerely,
James

Hi Tom,

I want to drop you a note and tell you what a great job your service staff in Grapevine do for me. I get these surveys from Chevrolet and I always tell them what a good job you guys do for me, but I never know if it really gets back to you with the same level of support as I express to them. You know, I read your interview for the newspaper on the wall in the service department reception area. I believe Classic Chevrolet is the biggest dealer in the U.S. because of the people like Marca Ragsdale and the rest that you employ.

Marca Ragsdale has been taking care of my family's 4 cars for about 10 years now. In 2005, I purchased a new Escalade, but it has never been back to Cadillac for service, Marca takes care of it for me. I trust her and your mechanics to get the job done right the first time, every time and they do.

Congratulations, Well Done!
Mark

Mr. Durant

I want to take a minute to compliment one of your sales people, Ken Schow. I recently bought a new Z71 Pickup from your dealership and Ken was a pleasure to work with in his knowledge of the product, professionalism, and kindness to be around.

He made me leave your lot wanting to come back the next time I buy a product from you. This is the second pickup I have bought from you in the past year.

I have a company of my own and this is the type of employee I want working for me. Please thank Ken for me in making my recent purchase a very positive experience.

Sincerely,
Jerry

Back in March I bought a Chevy Colorado from Mike Carnes. He was more than helpful, especially since I shopped for this vehicle from Marshall, TX. Mike worked out every aspect of the deal that we could over the phone. He even took the time to get my trade appraised byt pictures that I had emailed me. I had asked other dealerships in the dallas area to do the same and got laughed at. Mike even followed up with me to ask me for a picture of my truck after I put my 22inch rims on it. He liked it of course. My sales experience was very pleasurable and I am very satisfied with my purchase. Tell Mike I said thanks.

Ervin,

Just a quick e-mail to say thanks for getting us EXACTLY the TWO vehicles we were looking for. We shopped countless dealers both in our area and every dealership in the Dallas/Ft Worth area and NO ONE could compete with your prices. Both of your salesman were very knowledgeable, friendly and prompt. Please let Xavier and Brent know we appreciate everything they did to assist in putting our deals together...

If you ever need a testimonial just let us know, CLASSIC IN GRAPEVINE IS THE ONLY PLACE TO PURCHASE A NEW VEHICLE......

By the way, I left you a voice mail. (DW), is wanting a Corvette and I told him you were the only place he needed to shop.

Thanks again,
J.S., Texarcana

Hello Mr. Durant,

This note was necessary for me to write due the remarkable performance of your Service Advisor, Alan. My ?05 Corvette has been towed to the store on four separate occasions in the last four months for failure to start. About two weeks ago was the first time in a month or so, and at that time the diagnosis was a faulty battery. It was replaced with speed and efficiency and I had my car back. This week, only two weeks later, the car would again, not start. You can imagine my frustration level - not to mention the fact that I was due at a dealership that was an hour or more away and my vehicle was inoperable.

Alan to the rescue! With patience, persistence, and cordiality he took care of the "emergency" and responded to my uncharacteristic bad humor with great tolerance. I cannot say enough about his demeanor, and ability to respond to a situation that was, at best, dicey.

I know that advisors are not techs, but Alan is on top of some of the obscure operations of the Corvette; we have both raised the bar in our understanding and operation of this awesome, but technically challenging, vehicle.

Thank you for having such a professional and personable advisor. I hope the dealership knows his value. The salesperson may make the sale, but the service department "brings them back or sends them down the street!"

The end of the story is that there is a new software update available to keep the ECM from entering a process that could cause a dead battery. Updating the ECM/PCM could help address the issue.

Congratulations for being the largest volume Chevrolet dealer in the US for 2006.

Sincerely,
Irene

Subject: Service Excellence

Just wanted to pass my thanks along to Bob Wright for excellence in handling my recent service call on my 2003 Tahoe earlier this week. This is my first experience with the service department since purchasing my vehicle from Toby Meadows last December. Communication was quick and accurate. Please pass my thoughts along to Bob and Toby.

Garry Stigger - Grapevine, TX

I accessed your website, and read the testimonials, and wondered if you only recognize your managers, and department heads? The "ONES" to recognize, are the ones, who do the "footwork" and sales!

Where are the accolades for the salesmen, who are the backbone and foundation of Classic Chevrolet? You have a "Classy" dealership at Classic, and "heard that it is owned by Christian leadership" so, that is the reason that you are so successful, and your customers are treated so well. But, you should equally recognize your salesmen! And one of your most successful ones, Bucky Davis, is deserving of your "mentions"!

Thank you,
A Satisfied Customer

Many thanks to the parts department. They helped me get a key made for my car after I lost my key at a grocery store on my way to work on Saturday. All the other dealerships said getting a key made on Saturday would be difficult, but your parts department made it happen when the other places didn't want to take the time to do it. When everyone else came up with excuses your parts department just did what needed to be do. Thank you so much.

Patricia

P.S. Turns out I left them in my car and never did loose them,Oh well. Atleast now I have a spare.

Thanks you guys are the best!

Just want to say thanks for a great job on my 2002 Monte Carlo- the brakes are great. Thanks to Charlie Marselli and Steve Slayton and a special thank you to the tech/techs that worked on it.
Have a Great Day!
Rudy

Classic Chevrolet,

I wanted to send a note of thanks for the sincere professionalism John Broderick displayed during my visits to your dealership. This was my first "full-blown" experience shopping for a new vehicle as a young adult, and I was somewhat apprehensive about finding an honest salesman to deal with.

I wanted to convey my appreciation for John's straight forward attitude and numerous attempts to make the deal happen. Although we were unable to come to terms on a vehicle, his honesty and respect for the individual will not be forgotten. His name and the Classic Chevrolet dealership will be the first words out of my mouth when referring friends and family. Classic Chevrolet has a strong asset in John's character and salesmanship.

Please extend my thanks to John for a an extremely positive experience.

Best Regards,
Brad

Recently, I have received several letters since my purchase of a preowned truck over the Memorial Day weekend. The first was, to let me know that based on your records, I should be due for an oil change on my vehicle. The second was from Don Griffin, the sales representative who took care of me. This is the second time I received a letter from Don. The first time was immediately after I bought the truck. I failed to take the time to respond by mail but I did personally stop in to say I was completely satisfied with my new truck.

I would like to take a moment to say, not only I'm happy with the truck, but to let you know that, if Don represents the norm for your sales staff, Classic is tops in my books. Don sold a car to one of my son's a year ago and when I was searching for a truck he kept telling me to go see Don at Classic Chevy. This is one time I'm glad I listened to him and took his advice. Till I met Don, purchasing a new vehicle has always been one thing I have never looked forward to. His no pressure approach and his ability to listening to the customer made my purchase both enjoyable and leaving me satisfied with my purchase. I'm a supervisor with Delta Airlines and know the importance of good customer service. Whenever I hear a neighbor, friend or co-worker is looking for a new vehicle, not only do I mention Classic Chevy, I will give Don's name if the are in search of a preowned vehicle.

By the way, the letter last week said I should have put 6000 miles on my truck. My commute to work is close, so currently have less then 3000 miles since I purchased the truck. I do plan to bring it in next week for oil and a check up. Lastly, as long as I live in the Grapevine area Classic will be my dealer of choice!

Sincerely,
Gary

Just want to give a "SUPER HIGH FIVE" to the service department and the body shop on handling all the problems my truck had. It started as an Insurance claim but ended up with other problems and still couldn't drive it home, but to help me with any inconvenience, they had me in a rental car on their expense. They did not try to sell me unnecessary repairs unlike this other dealership in North Richland Hills who kept trying to work around the main problem and kept giving me excuses as to what the problem could be and had my vehicle sitting in the back lot wasting away.

Classic Chevrolet is farther but its worth all the service and attention they give to your vehicle and inconvenience. In my opinion, you guys are number one and will pass it on to anyone who ask where to go. Special thanks to Casey and Marcia.

Next stop will be a purchase from Classic,

Thanks,
GT

Dear Mr. Durant,

I have just read the article about Classic Chevrolet in the Dallas Morning News and I'm thrilled that we have such a strong Christian in the area. I applaud your success, faith, and your marketing decisions.

God be with you,
Tom

I just want to commend you on your decision to pipe Christian music through your dealership! Thank you for
not bowing to the pressure to discontinue this. There
are more "for us" than "against us." God will honor
you! I will definitely come to your dealership and look for a new car when it's time for me to buy a new one.

God bless you

Good Morning,

I have read in the Dallas Morning News this morning (Saturday, November 9th) the article titled "Sacred Ground" and wanted to drop a note to commend you for promoting Christian music in your dealership. I was surprised to read Chevrolet's promotion with Christian music and impressed with the promoting of the testimony of your beliefs. Your comment "If you stand behind anything, what better to stand behind then your beliefs?" ... that is encouraging to hear from a car dealership because that lends to the idea that your business dealings are also handled with integrity and trust.

As a Christian, it is encouraging to read of Christian business men who are encouraging their business and name to be representative of a Godly lifestyle. Thank you!

Stay faithful!

Blessings.
Lynda

(I've never driven a Chevrolet; but after reading your article, I look to visit your dealership in the next year or so ... wish I would of known of your dealership two years ago !)

I was in the market for a new tahoe in July 2002. I looked at all the different trims and really liked the look of the Z71. I test drove the 4x4 truck at low speed and liked the ride. After I told them that my credit union was able to get me 5.95% APR they beat it by offering 5.15%. I bought it and while driving it home at about 9pm I realized that a 4x4 suspension is stiff on the highway, making it too bumpy for my liking.

The next day I called them back and they said I could bring the car back. So I did. I ended up getting a LT Tahoe at GM supplier discount price, and lucky for me GM came out with 0% for 60mo that same day! So I saved a bundle and got the car I wanted. Thanks to Classic Chevrolet and my salesman Todd Crosby.

Jose

Dear:Don Garrett / Virgil Norman

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your commitment to service and for delivering on your promises. In particular, I would like to commend Virgil on his efforts. I purchased a 1999 Blazer from your dealership a few months ago and have had to deal with Virgil on a few lingering warrantee items.

While it is never convenient to have to make more than one visit to troubleshoot a problem, Virgil's friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and persistent follow up has made it much more palatable. He is an asset to your service team. While I don't look forward to any future unscheduled maintenance, I know that I will be treated with the utmost care and professionalism should the need arise.

To whom it may concern,

Special recognition is in order for several of your employees in your service department especially service consultant, Kim Marshall, service manager, Tim Brogan and the mechanics that made this possible. We have been planning a trip during our kids spring break for quite some time now. This was a special trip because it should have happened last October when we were scheduled to fly to Miami but after the Sept 11th tragedy we just have not been able to trust putting our entire family on an airplane. Subsequently, we have gone almost an entire year without the kids seeing their grandparents, uncles, aunts and nieces and a new baby cousin they have yet to meet. Needless to say it was a long anticipated trip.
Much to our dismay, this past Sunday night March 3rd, the van started acting up with what was an obvious transmission problem.

The check engine light came on and we were very concerned given we had an appointment Monday morning with Regency to get some custom work done. We picked up our van Monday afternoon and hurried to Classic. It was after 5:00pm when we got there. When I explained to Kim that we were desperate to leave on time (Wednesday 3/6 night) he remained optimistic, never said no just 'let me see what I can do."

It was then when we also explained the situation to service manager, Tim Brogan. When he mentioned he would personally look at the transmission himself we were floored! Fortunately, he had mechanics that were still there and they went right to work to diagnose the problem. We new we were in good hands and left feeling that we were going to be taken care of.

It was great news when we got the call telling us that we would have a replaced transmission and would be able to pick up our van Wednesday morning! I have never felt better about a buying decision as I do buying our van from Classic. The fact that associates like this care enough to go the extra mile (after the sale) says a lot about the character of your company and associates.

Thanks to all those involved for saving our vacation!

Al and Tammy

Eric,

This is the best car buying experience I have had. Thank you so much for your sincerity and more importantly your superb professionalism. The car was very well kept and well maintained which reflects on the integrity of your dealership. We will definitely be referring others. Thanks again!

David and Sarah

Dear Donna,

I have been meaning to write you a quick note for the past month to tell you about me and my husbands recent experience with the purchase of our new vehicle.

Around December 5-6, my husband and I decided to purchase a new vehicle. We went to a chevy dealership close to our house and were not impressed with the selection or the staff. We decided to look on the classic website and saw that there were many of the vehicles we were wanting to look at. We drove to classic and were pleasantly greated by Eric Hall, one of your sales associates. I want you to know that from the beginning of our experience to the very end, Eric devoted time and pure customer service to the purchase process. I am sure you know what a wonderful asset he is to your sales team, but I wanted to make sure to tell you that any future purchase our family makes will be from Classic Chevy and will be from Eric Hall from the wonderful experience he provided us.

When our vehicle was ready to take home, Eric took about 20-30 minutes and sat with us in the car, showing what every little gadget did and explained that if we had questions, we could call. He emailed us immediately so that we had his information and even called us a day later to make sure everything was alright.

Eric is the type of sales person I wish we had found sooner for our other vehicle purchases. Now that we know the quality staff you have at classic, we are surely going to stay with you in the future.

I hope that you see how wonderful our experience was as a result of Eric's going above and beyond.

Thank you again,
Ben and Kristy

Chris,

I felt that you went above and beyond to help me out today with my frame question. Often during our busy schedules no one takes the time to say thank you, so here it is.

Michael

Tom:
I'd like to take some of your time to tell you how extremely satisfied I am with all of my experiences at Classic Chevrolet. Since 2003, every sales experience I've had at Classic (9 total) has been good. I personally attribute this to some of the following folks who continue to make trading at your facility a good experience:
    Steve Thomas, Sales Rep.
    Eric Bryant, Bus. Mgr.
    Candace Timmons, Bus. Mgr.
    Roger Langley, Bus. Mgr.
    Hank Gaynor, Sales Mgr.
    Steve Hurley, General Mgr.

There is not enough paper nor time to list all of the good experiences I've had and the great people I've met at Classic Chevrolet. Also, it's not fair to all of your other employees to highlight just the above listed folks. Truly, every person I've met at Classic has been great. From Jennifer and Brigette at the front, to the folks in Tim's service dept., the folks at used cars, the folks at the body shop and all the others. It's a pleasure to meet and interact with everyone.

Steve Thomas has become a trusted friend and I hope you know what an asset as a person ans a sales rep he is to Classic Chevrolet. Eric's in the same category. How refreshing it is to deal with Eric, Candence or Roger when closing a deal. Hank has probably been involved (behind the scenes) with most of my purchases. A stand up guy. He's become affectionately know to me as "The Hankster".

I recently had the pleasure of meeting your new GM, Steve Hurley. That too, was a very positive experience when he took the opportunity to do some general management on my behalf.

In closing, may you continue to be blessed in "all" of your endeavors and may you continue to be a blessing in "all" of the people's lives who help to make the Classic Family of Dealerships a succes. Thanks, God Bless and...

Very Best Regards,
Jim P.

To whom it may concern,

I want you to know that i have purchased vehicles from nearly every dealership in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. All of them need to take notice of the way the people at Classic Chevrolet do business. My salesmen, Toby Meadows and Mike Hepler took the time to find out what my needs where and did their best to comply. Not only did they give a reasonable amount for my trade they gave me the best deal on purchase of a Beautiful new Silverado pick up. They didn't waist my time and keep me there all day or pressure me. they just showed me what they could do and asked if that would work for me.

I have benn in business for 9 years and have purchased at least 12 new trucks in that time not to mention all the other vehicles that I have owned. And only until now, will I look any other place except to and for the good people at Classic Chevrolet for my next vehicle purchase.

Thank you,
Paul P.

Dear Mr. Durant,

I now understand!! You're trying to get my husband Kent P and I so fat with these great cookies that we'll each have to own a Chevy El Dorado to be comfortable!!! Ha!!! We can't begin to thank you again for the great treats!! We just walked in from being at the Indie 500 and now we can settle down to a nice cup of coffe and delicious choc chip cookies!
You are too much!!

Sincerely
Ruth and Kent P

To whom it may concern:

I haved used your Service Department for all of my vehicles for the past five years, and my husband and I have purchased our last two vehicles from your facility. While I have never been dissatisfied with the service provided, I wanted to take a moment to comment on my most recent visit last Thursday.

I brought my Impala in due to an engine light and an inoperable remote start system. Mr. Carrera did a wonderful job in handling the matter. the car was repaired in a very timely manner, and I was able to pick it up by lunchtime. Mr. Carrera went above and beyond every step of the way. He had car rinsed off and met me when I arrived to pick it up. I work full time and attend school full time and hadn't had time for a wash since the last rain, so I cannot tell you haw much I appreciate Mr. Carrera and your service team for the extra effort. Small things make a big difference. It really made my day.

Thank you for terrific customer service.

Sincerely,
Rhonda D.

Dear Classic Chevrolet:

Recently, I bought a used car from you. It is a 2007 white Chevrolet Impala.

I wish to conveymy appreciation for the fine service that I have received from your dealership. The salesman, Ron Mabry, was very good and treated my wife and I with courtesy and respect. He was very helpful in helping us pick out the right car.

Carolyn Coker, one of your service consultants, has done an exemplary job in working with me. I needed a few things to make my used car look and operate like a new one and Ms. Coker has completely satisfied my requests. I really appreciate that in Classic Chevrolet in having excellent people working for you and you have certainly earned my loyalty as a costumer.

Thank you for a job well done.

Sincerely,
Vaughn O.
